ARCOPLAST SLOVAKIA Ltd. – Introduction

Business area: Our company has been dealing with polyethylene powder producing and processing for 8 years. At the beginning of its work our company dealt with grinding of LDPE, PVC and PP, then dyeing and natural LDPE admixing were added as well. This year, i.e. 2005, we are planning to expand our business area by installing of agglomerating line for plastic waste processing and furthermore we extend our production by means of preparation of colour concentrates for the final shade by monoconcentrate mixing for our own needs as well as needs of persons interested in miscellaneous shades. These colour concentrate shades will be disposable for all plastic products colouring.

Production process: In Arcoplast Slovakia Ltd production room the  production process proceeds within no scraps technology mode, using foreign mechanical device produced by reputable companies, e.g. Pallman, Condux, Reifenhauser.

Production machinery is operated by trained employees of our company with long-time working experience within this field.

LDPE powder usage:

-           fluidization technology – metal products surface regulation, antirust coating (wire program, braid, fridge and freezer grates ...)

-           rotary shaping (melting) – huge dimensional containers up to several thousands litres producing (for storage and transport of drinking water, chemicals in agriculture ...)

-           fabric lamination (carpet fabric link hardening)

-           as a basic material for colour concentrates production (polyethylen colour concentrates are dyed within all PE articles production)

-           is added to hand cleaning emulsion (so called solvina)

-           as a basic material for colour PE concentrates production – Masterbatche (all articles made of polyethylen are dyed by polyethylen colour concentrates while production)

-           LDPE powders have wide range of usage and application in industry
