this purpose it uses the technological
facilities of the repair
units in the property complex
of the former "Czechoslovak vehicle repair works".

property complex of the vehicle repair works includes a set of buildings /
assembling and repair units / reinforced areas, facilities/ power unit, water
purification plant and administrative building.

area of 53 994m˛.

property complex is not currently used to its full potential by the company.

are no unsettled claims or third parties encumbrances regarding the company's
