The company undertakes its business in the area of general truck repairs.

For this purpose it uses the technological facilities of the repair units in the property complex of the former "Czechoslovak vehicle repair works".

 

The property complex of the vehicle repair works includes a set of buildings / assembling and repair units / reinforced areas, facilities/ power unit, water purification plant and administrative building.

Total area of 53 994m˛.

Repair units are equipped with technological facilities for assembling and dismantling the different groups of trucks - portal cranes, reinforced areas, administrative and toilet facilities, electric, water and gas connection etc.

The property complex is not currently used to its full potential by the company.

There are no unsettled claims or third parties encumbrances regarding the company's property complex.

 

 

 

Location:

-          Village Pôtor - is situated on route Lučenec - VeľkýKrtíš - Lučenec,

first class road. The complex lies 1km from the village.

 

-         Advantages - low tax burden, possible employment of workforce from close surroundings

 

-          District - district city Veľký Krtíš is 12 km distant. District has a high unemployment rate (with a possibility of receiving grant-in-aid), a tradition in engineering production and repair works (LIAZ, Czechoslovak vehicle repair works, Baňa Dolina), a tradition in electronic production (TESLA)

 

-          Further facts - it lies approximately 80 km from Banská Bystrica, 90 km from Budapest, 220 km from Bratislava, 200 km from Košice

-          Present partners of the company are interested in co-operation in the area of vehicle repair technology or another suitable form of production in the complex or sale of the complex.

All immovable property (buildings, facilities and equipment) make this complex suitable for engineering and assembling production without any major improvements being necessary.

Large reinforced areas can be used for business activities demanding parking and handling space.

More than 6000m˛ of ground area in two units are suitable for storage purposes or metal / wood production.

Former thermal power unit with a factory chimney (60m) and adjacent building offer possibility of use for thermal technologies.
