that all requirements, applications and inquiries should be directed to a consular office serving your state of residence
with conformity of their territorial jurisdiction:
1. Consular Section of the Slovak Embassy in Washington, DC
covers these states :
Alabama, Arkansas, Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maryland, Mississippi, Missouri, North Carolina, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania,
South Carolina, Tennessee, Virginia, West Virginia, District
of Columbia and dependant U.S. territories.
